These training terms form part of the FluidFlow Terms & Conditions at https://fluidflowinfo.com/terms-conditions/ and govern your use of courses and materials provided through training.fluidflowinfo.com.
Training services
Advanced on-demand courses, including course components provided within purchase bundles, are paid training products. Free Basic Training is a separate offering; advanced on-demand course components are not available as free standalone enrolments.
Prices shown at checkout for advanced on-demand training are stated in USD and are payable in full at checkout, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Paid training courses are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless the course is materially different from its description.
Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the course requirements. Certificates confirm course completion only and do not constitute professional accreditation.
Training content may be updated from time to time. FluidFlow will endeavour to keep materials current with the latest software version.
Intellectual property
All training materials, documentation, and other content are the property of Flite Software N.I. Ltd. You may reference and link to this content but may not reproduce it without written permission.
Engineering responsibility
While FluidFlow takes reasonable steps to support calculation accuracy, learners are responsible for independently verifying all design results before implementation. Training materials and quality-assurance models do not replace professional engineering judgement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
