Training data we collect
We collect account information for training platforms and course enrolment, progress, and completion records on our training platform. We may also collect contact information and support correspondence you provide.
How we use training data
We process this data to deliver training and provide support, on the basis of performance of a contract. We use data to comply with legal obligations where required.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Thinkific for course delivery, payment processors for secure payment handling, email delivery services, Intercom for customer messaging and support, Pipedrive for customer relationship management, and Google Analytics for website usage analysis. These processors are contractually bound to protect data and process it only as instructed.
Retention and rights
Customer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 6 years, subject to legal requirements. Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
